All orders are despatched Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). We always strive to despatch the same or following working day, subject to stock availability.
We offer several different delivery methods and prices. You can choose which delivery method you would like to use by selecting from the drop down menu at the shopping cart. Our standard UK delivery is just £3.99 per order.
Delivery Options:
UK Standard Delivery - 1st Class - £3.99:
- Cost: £3.99 per order
- Typically allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery from the date of despatch from ourselves.
- Delivery days are Monday to Saturday
- If no one is in and the parcel is too big to fit through your letter box you will be left a card and will need to collect from your local Post Office within 5 days
- Packages are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class delivery
- Delivery times are not guaranteed with no claims for loss until 15 working days from date of postage. This is a non trackable service.
UK 1st Class Recorded Delivery 3 to 5 Days - Signed For - £5.49:
- Cost: £5.49 per order
- Typically allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery from the date of despatch from ourselves.
- Delivery days are Monday to Saturday
- Packages are sent using Royal Mail Recorded delivery and require a signature upon delivery.
- If no one is in to sign for the parcel you will be left a card and will need to collect from your local Post Office within 5 days.
- Delivery times are not guaranteed with no claims for loss until 15 working days from date of postage.
UK Priority Special Delivery - 1 to 2 Days - Signed For - £7.99:
- Cost: £7.99 per order
- Typically allow 1 to 2 working days for delivery from the date of despatch from ourselves
- Delivery days are Monday to Friday before 1pm
- Packages are sent using Royal Mail Special delivery and require a signature upon delivery.
- If no one is in to sign for the parcel you will be left a card and will need to collect from your local Post Office or Sorting Office within 5 days.
UK Saturday Guaranteed Delivery - £12.99:
- Cost: £12.99 per order
- For items that are required for guaranteed delivery on a Saturday
- Delivered before 1pm on Saturday
- If no one is in to sign for the parcel you will be left a card and will need to collect from your local Post Office within 5 days.
- Packages are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery with Saturday Guarantee
- For this service please place your order with us before 8am Friday
International Delivery: - £16.99 including VAT subject to size and weight:

- International Delivery applies to any address outside of the United Kingdom
- Cost: £16.99 including VAT (countries outside the EU are charged the ex VAT cost) per order for consignments up to approx 1kg that are within the measurements for small packages. Should the weight or size be in excess of this we will contact you before shipping your order to advise of any additional postage costs.
- Delivery from 7 days with the exception of orders shipped by DHL and FedEx which are speedier.
- Small packages are sent by Airmail, Airsure and International Signed For. Larger packages are sent by DHL and FedEx and we will contact you about extra shipping charges.
- Delivery times are not guaranteed
- With the exception of DHL and FedEx this is a non trackable service outside the UK.
Delivery Upgrades
Delivery costs are based on consignments up to 1kg. Should the weight be in excess of this, we reserve the right to upgrade your order shipment to a different courier method or ask for additional funds to cover any increase in delivery and postage costs if applicable. Should this be required we will contact you before shipping your order to advise of any additional charges. You will then be able to choose to pay the additional postage costs or to cancel your order if required.

Please note that all delivery times quoted are subject to stock availability and delivery couriers. Estimated delivery time scales are based on delivery to main land UK and parcels may take slightly longer to arrive in some remote areas, such as Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. Disruption to deliveries may occur during periods of severe weather.
